Recruitment Counselors (Rho Gamma)

A Recruitment Counselor, better known as a Rho Gamma, is a member of the sorority community who has chosen to disassociate from their own chapter to help lead a group of PNMs through the recruitment process without bias.

What you need to know about your Rho Gamma:

Your Rho Gamma has disassociated from her/their chapter to be an unbiased resource for you, please do not try to reveal their affiliation before they tell you on Bid Day.

• Your Rho Gamma is a resource for you at all times. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask.

• Please feel free to share your opinions honestly and freely with your Rho Gamma.

• Everything you share with your Rho Gamma will be strictly confidential.

• Your Rho Gamma is there as your advocate. Inform them as soon as possible if you have any concerns or questions.
