Established to further intellectual achievement and scholarship, promote inter-sorority relations and to foster education and awareness of its members, the Inter-Sorority Council strives to exemplify and model the six pillars of Greek life at Dartmouth: Scholarship, Accountability, Leadership, Service, Brotherhood/Sisterhood, and Inclusivity. 

 Recruitment Counselors (Rho Chis)

A Recruitment Counselor, better known as a Rho Chi, is a member of the sorority community who has chosen to disassociate from her own chapter to help lead a group of PNMs through the recruitment process without bias.

What you need to know about your Rho Chi:

Your Rho Chi has disassociated from her chapter to be an unbiased resource for you, please do not try to reveal her affiliation before she tells you on Bid Night.

  • Your Rho Chi is a resource for you at all times. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask.

  • Please feel free to share your opinions honestly and freely with your Rho Chi.

  • Everything you share with your Rho Chi will be strictly confidential.

  • Your Rho Chi is there as your advocate. Inform her as soon as possible if you have any concerns or questions.
